Ian Marchant - Farrier - November 1999
Ian goes to London to shoe Young's Brewery team of horses. He says 'I've been squashed, stood on and splattered. A horse is an awkward beast all round. You get bitten in the front, the middle is uncomfortable to ride on and you get kicked in the back'. A horse needs shoeing every 6 weeks if used on the road.
